Electrical Circuits Question:

Do rooftop penetrations on commercial buildings need to be in rigid conduit?

Joey K.

Hi Joey - Great Question!
Rooftop penetrations can be made using EMT under normal requirements, however special applications could require rigid conduit but this would be rare

Do-it-yourself electrical circuits projects can be rewarding, but please be careful! Always make sure the circuit is off. NEVER work on live electrical circuits.
