Wiring Three Way Light Switches the Right Way

How To Wire Three Way Switches The Right Way

I am wiring up two lights on a two pole switch or three way switch.

  • The question I have is what do I do to have both lights come on when the switch is in one position and only one light come on when it is thrown in the other direction.
  • How do I prevent feed back into the second light.

Thanks
